Job Summary
An “Account Manager” is responsible to consult the client and ensure effective implementation of
planned campaigns for the assigned brands. Primary responsibility is to build client relationships
through regular, proactive & value-added communication, working with cross-functional teams to
support account strategy, team management, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Suggest, design and effectively implement digital strategies, projects to increase ROI for
assigned brands basis their specific requirements - Proactively collaborate with respective internal teams to conceptualise and execute the
project & campaign requirements on a routine basis - Set and monitor KPI’s measuring the impact of digital media strategies, and analyze, review,
and report on the effectiveness of campaigns - Responsible for providing solutions, consulting and managing client expectations on all
aspects of digital marketing being a single point of contact - Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct client meetings
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including
Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate
Marketing & more - Co-developing campaign briefs with clients and driving the internal teams to deliver on the
brief - Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
- Identify growth opportunities for the client’s digital marketing programs
Prefered Qualification
- Client management or entrepreneurial experience of 3 –5 years in a digital marketing firm/advertising
agency with a strong component of digital. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills; articulate when speaking and presenting
- Proactive and self-starter to be able to spot opportunities and make use of them
- Works on several customer projects at the same time, and must have the ability to
constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs - Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing and
abreast with the latest industry trends, models, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc
